Human Resources Manager   

Elena Powell (SHRM-CP) is the HR Manager at RL Controls, LLC. She is responsible for overseeing the function of Human Resources, training, and supporting the strategic plan at RLC. She is an HR professional with 13+ years of progressive experience. She has created the structure for onboarding new employees creating teamwork and collaboration proving her the ideal person for this growth position within RLC. Her passion, patience, and experience have brought additional leadership, integrity, and improved employee communications to the RLC organization. Under Elena’s tenure, RLC has experienced double-digit growth year over year for the last three years.  She has expertly dealt with all the challenges that come with that volume of growth and has improved employee systems along the way.  She engages the community by organizing food and clothing drives for local organizations in need and continually makes herself available to the needs of the employees.
