Director of Engineering   

Shane Fallon is the Vice President of Engineering for RL Controls, LLC. His responsibility is to direct all aspects of engineering, production, and technical portions of projects while supporting the CTO and Senior Management. His combined 19 years of design and integration experience includes celestial and terrestrial communications, aerospace reconnaissance sensor systems, electronic countermeasures, biometrics, as well as MIL-STD and EN50155 product testing. Actively involved in integrated design of all sub-systems, and with his team, creates all-inclusive solutions from vehicle to infrastructure for the mass transit industry. Shane is a United States Army veteran. Shane also worked as a military contractor for 13 years after active duty supporting conventional, special operations, and NATO ally forces stateside and aboard as a senior technical liaison, project lead, and subject matter expert for various communication systems.
