Gina Altri joined RL Controls as Financial Controller in March 2020. She is responsible for accurate and timely financial statement reporting. Previously Gina held the position of Commercial Controller of US Operations for PM Group, nearly four years, and CFO of The Bio-engineering Group for more than fourteen years. She has been responsible for driving the financial performance of large, medium and small business. Gina specializes in process improvement and implementing efficiencies for cost savings, which has produced significant growth and profitability outcomes. Throughout her career Gina managed budgeting process allowing Key Performance Indicators to be achieved. She has been responsible for the successful management of Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology departments in addition to the oversight of general office and property management.
