Lena Walsh is no stranger to the mass transit industry, having spent 29 years as the Principal Owner of RL Controls, LLC who supports the vehicle and infrastructure technology needs within the mass transit industry. Lena specializes in developing business and strategic plans, identifying target markets to establish strategic alliances, managing and building relationships with current and potential customers while identifying industry gaps. Lena has successfully served a range of clients, including the MBTA, Hitachi Rail, Amtrak, Nomad and many others. She is a member of the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance-of-way Association, the American Public Transportation Association, the Northeast Passenger Transportation Association and the New England Railroad Club.
