Shane Fallon is the Director of Engineering for RL Controls, LLC, with responsibility of directing all aspects of engineering, system activities and projects while supporting the CTO and Senior Management. His 19 years of design and integration experience includes celestial and terrestrial communications, aerospace reconnaissance sensor systems, electronic countermeasures, and biometrics. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Technology Management Degree at Brandeis University. He holds multiple certifications from CompTIA, VMware, Dell, CWNA, LPI, ITIL, and others.
